The Co-Lab Learning website is owned and operated by Waikato Local Authority Shared Services Ltd t/a Co-Lab, a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO), owned in equal parts by 12 councils across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Co-Lab Learning offers this website, including all information, software and services available from this website or offered as part of or in conjunction with this website, to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Your continued use of the website consitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies and notices.
Your use of the site
This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. As a condition to your continued use of the website, you warrant to Co-Lab Learning that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of use.

Co-Lab Learning makes every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and current. Whilst exercising this care, Co-Lab Learning does not accept any liability for any losses or damage arising directly or indirectly from reliance on the content of this site.
References and links to other organisations or their websites are intended for the convenience of users, and do not constitute an endorsement of any websites, organisations or individuals outside of Co-Lab. Nor does Co-Lab Learning implicitly endorse individuals or organisations that link to this website from their own sites.

Any personal data you transmit to the site by electronic means or otherwise, will be used by Co-Lab Learning in accordance with our privacy policy.
Cancellation policy
All notifications of withdrawals, transfers and substitutions must be submitted in writing to learning@colabsolutions.govt.nz
We do not offer refunds. This includes cancellation and non-attendance on the day of the course. You may change your course booking to another date and/or venue online:
- Free of charge up to five (5) days before a course start date
- Between five (5) and twenty-four (24) hours before a course start date, and administative fee will be charged
Registered participants may be subsituted at no extra charge. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the course start date at learning@colabsolutions.govt.nz
Course cancellations
Due to circumstances out of our control it is sometimes necessary to cancel courses at short notice. Co-Lab Learning reserves the right to cancel courses at its sole discretion. Co-Lab Learning will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any cancellation as soon as possible. Co-Lab Learning will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to course cancellation. Course bookings will be transferred to another event date as agreed with you.
